PPA ID – 36712190118 , Asylum case no-3-18-808 , Vendetta based Detention Case-3-18-1932( 88 days imprisonment )  Sadistic Approach based detention - 3-19-887  before Deportation  PUT IN TARTU LOCKUP in isolation (96 hrs)  , in Neighboring cells I could hear people howling , crying , banging the head on wall  , reminded me of  POWs in Cold war scenario .

 Sub- illegal deportation , Mental  & Physical Torture , Harassment , Blatant misuse of Authority / Estonian language by PPA/PBGB officials  ,  Vendetta based approach , Fixing of Asylum outcome.

Facts mentioned in subject line is not mere allegation but is backed by facts and proof , this is the reason some influential PPA/PBGB officials put pressure on Supreme Court and Quietly got the scheduled and much anticipated court hearing cancelled , for they knew that you can fool some people sometimes and not every time . Lawyer provided to me under State legal aid was intimidated and under pressure from PPA/PBGB officials became a turncoat , he manipulated court documents to mislead me multiple times , he had told me that the matter will be decided in supreme court final verdict when I started following up with him about date of hearing , he went on holiday and since then did not contact me – its evident he was under PPA pressure not to cooperate with me .  In one of this letters he frankly admits he cannot lodge complaint against PPA officials .       Even today I say if there is a FAIR COURT HEARING – I WILL WIN THE CASE AGAINST PPA-PBGB.

If there is a CRIMINAL INVESTIGATION then a couple of officials from PBGB will GO TO JAIL – For Conspiracy , manipulation , fraud play , misuse of office , discrimination , mental/physical torture – THIS IS THE REAL REASON WHY THEY WANTED TO DEPORT ME SUDDENLY OUT OF ESTONIA – in violation of my RIGHTS & FREEDOM OF EXPRESSION .

In Tartu Court when I told the Judge that I was arrested without warrant on 9thMay2019 and put in lockup for no real reason other than vendetta  she looked out of fear to the PPA official and did not utter a word  she was helpless , No real authority to dispense Justice  , the statements I  made in court at Tallinn Admin / Tartu court  was censored from the court order since it was against PPA –  wonder if the Judges are real or stage artist like in communist / hermit kingdom regimes , Kangaroo Court Justice System – Might is Right . ( might ref to as PPA) . Estonia has no regard for EU PRINCIPLES and the lead violator is PPA-PBGB , during my stay I found that that even ordinary Estonian citizens are scared of politsei , any email from ppa in Estonian if you ask them to explain the contents in English they become nervous and walk away , do not want to involve themselves as if they were committing a CRIME.  GOD SAVE ESTIONIA FROM THE PPA. Individuals are Bigger than the Institution(PBGB).

On 13-05-2019 morning I was told that my flight was in  2 hours’ time , No DEPORTATION Order given to me ,  EU justice system in play . I was told that I will be given back my passport on reaching INDIA , I was Ok with it . when the plane landed in New Delhi I asked for my passport and copy of deportation order , the PPA official refused to give me my PASSPORT , I request her multiple times , SHE wanted to hand over my travel document to TOUTS arranged by Turkish Airlines cabin crew , when I started calling for Indian Airport security personnel , both the PPA OFFICIALS HANDED OVER MY PASSPORT TO TOUTS AND RAN BACK TO THE SAME PLANE WITH ASSISTANCE FROM TURKISH Airlines staff .   The TOUTS disappeared with my passport they were taking pictures of my passport I feared misuse , then they disappeared  I was very nervous and scared I contacted a CISF officer who walked me to the immigration booth , after 4 hours these TOUTS appeared with my passport at the immigration booth.

  I WILL HOLD  Estonian Police (PPA & PBGB) Responsible  if there is any misuse of my Travel Document or any kind of future harassment .

If the DEPORTATION WAS LEGAL THEN WHY DID THE ESTONIAN POLICE OFFICERS RUN AWAY LIKE CRIMINALS  WHEN I CALLED FOR INDIAN AIRPORT SECURITY OFFICIALS.

Estonia police had given instructions and money  to the Touts at IGI Airport to write in Immigration form that I had entered Estonia illegally, and was arrested and put in prison for 18 months, and was deported to India on 13 may 2019, without any Estonian Police Escort and there was no official deportation order available  – This is an heinous crime orchestrated by Estonian police to RUIN MY LIFE , MY CREDIBILITY – Is this EU justice system & way of working  . 

When Indian immigration officials quizzed me I was shocked to know what the TOUTS had written in the form , when I told the real facts to the immigration officers with proof , they told me that it was the duty of Estonian Police Escorts to accompany me to the immigration desk and explain in person the reasons for deportation.

Please find my letter to Estonia Police dated 11-10-2018 ( ppa reg no 156-8/414-1 ) after getting this letter they put me in Jail for 88 days , subjecting to DAILY HARRASMENT & TORTURE  , and NOT ALLOWING ME APPEAL – Is this normal way of treating Human Beings under EU Guidelines .

Sir ,  pls answer my Question – If I was  being deported as per law then why DID THE ESTONIAN POLICE OFFICERS RUN away like CRIMINALS when I called for Airport security officials ? Why does PPA feel comfortable dealing with TOUTS ?

Sir , please let me know if you have the AUTHORITY  to  order an impartial , independent PROBE into why/how the visa was issued to me by Estonian embassy New Delhi (real reasons ), on whose instructions was I subject to mental/physical torture on arrival at Tallinn airport , Asylum case/

Detention case/ Deportation   , I lack faith in PPA –PBGB internal investigation. but if the DG-PBGB directly holds a PROBE then I will participate in the probe via email.

TO PROTECT A CRIMINAL AGAINST WHOM I HAVE FILED COMPLAINT (117-2) THE PPA wanted me out of Estonia by hook or crook to close the matter . Why did Norman Livrand of Aliens division misguide me and endanger my life by asking me to report criminal matters to his email id (He has NO AUTHORITY on such matters) and did not tell me to DIAL 112 in case I face trouble from criminals in VAOTEE , this after I informed him during my First interview that I expected trouble during my stay in Estonia executed on orders coming from the very people who ruined my LIFE IN INDIA .  To spoil my chances of getting a POSITIVE DECISION HE MANIPULATED THE WHOLE REPORT to make it NEGATIVE. This Person with CAR Reg no 143THS , who continued STALKING me even after I reported the matter to Norman Livrand via email , seems he is have GOOD COMMAND over the POLICE , He stopped only when I put out the matter in BLOG -  https://asylumestonia.blogspot.com

Jana selvada , manager at Vaotee asylum centre  told me that un know people have visited vao centre asking for me on 24-7-2018 – 26-7-2018 , she refused to show me CCTV footage as I wanted to file police complaint , I had also given letter to Jana informing that I was leaving Vao  this Information your OFFICIALS hid from COURT/JUDGE in my Detention case .

 INSTITUTIONS ARE BIGGER THAN INDIVIDUALS , please recruit people based on MERIT , some of your Estonia SHIP GUARDS were in Indian prison for 3-4 years as per postimees report  , NOT ONE ESTONIAN LAWYER /Judges Association or PPA-PBGB official could HELP them get released , this speaks volumes about the QUALITY of professionals you have , back home they hide behind Estonian Language to manipulate / misguide . Ship Guards were release exactly one month after I set foot on Estonian Soil. I proved LUCKY FOR THESE GUYS  or .......clue lies in my Twitter Account - @ScariaNk , BUT ESTONIA ill-treated me , PERHAPS THIS IS THE CULTURE .
