I am being tailed / followed by a person here in Vao / County

Car Regd No-143THS

He is using a blue Volvo hatchback car , this person offered me a lift near Vao cross road dropped me at T point Väike-Maarja -Tartu highway on 03-11-17 when I was walking alone towards Väike-Maarja , going to the buy food stuff this was my first trip all alone .Why I remember the date is I got a bus while coming back I had the ticket. It seems the lift he offered was to verify my identity.

On one occasions after this I have seen him coming when I was standing outside Manager Jana office building , the SECURITY CAMERAS have recorded the incident I waved at him thinking he was a Good Samaritan he did not acknowledge, on another occasion after this incident I was returning from the shop behind the senior citizen home near our building again this person was coming in the car , I had a doubt so I looked at his number plate 143 and then looked at this face and waved at him he did not respond , this incident will also be on CCTV footage. After that I have not see him . I don't remember dates of these incidents since it was unexpected events . Then I started recording it in my note pad.

On 20-11-2017. While I was going to Väike-Maarja walking I noticed a car pass with number 143 , then as I had crossed the gymnasium for some reason this car with 143 number was behind me as I looked he sped into the Väike-Maarja gymnasium road alley.

PLEASE CHECK THE CCTV FOOTAGE FROM 3-11-17 to 20-11-17 , In case Police have cameras on the Väike-Maarja- Tartu highway it must have captured the 20-11-17 incident.

This car comes only when I go towards Väike-Maarja and I have not seen it when I walk towards Kiltse. Seems he stays some were Kiltse side.

This person he wears glasses , speaks English. The camera at the senior citizen home facing the road will have a clear shot at the number plate and drivers face.

27-11-17 - Today also this car passed me when I was returning from Kiltse side , time approx. 12.50 , he was coming from our accommodation side and turned towards Kiltse , seems someone in one of our building  is keeping watch on me & providing him with information regarding my movements.

06-12-2017 - Today this car crossed me near old lady shop near senior citizen home at about 11.50-12 noon . He was looking at me while passing by , he and God only knows what his intentions are.

15-12-2017 - After many days I ventured out to buy some food items today afternoon I went towards Kiltse, When I reached the small river this guy car no143THS passed by staring at me and when I was returning from the shop he was coming from our accommodation side and crossed me and went straight. Someone residing near our building is keeping watch on my movements and providing him with the information .

His call records will reveal who that person is .

24-12-2017 time  07.15 am  approx. on my way to Kiltse station to catch train for Tallinn to spend Christmas , this person was coming from Kiltse side with his car head lights on , he braked as I ran to cross the road , how did he know , who gave him information about my trip?

This person with vehicle no 143 THS is doing the same , when ever I go out he make it a point to appear it happened yesterday and today , what is his motive is a mystery . (9th Feb 2018) After I reported the matter he is cautious doesn't bring his car close to me .

The last 4-5 visits I have made to Väike-Maarja  after 17 Feb Postimee report , I have not noticed this person with vehicle no 143 THS .

21-04-2018 , time 12:25 - I was on my way to Coop for shopping he passed me driving slowly towards  Väike-Maarja , on the highway.

Today(21-04-2018)  I must have asked more than 20 cars passing me for a lift , nobody cared to stop maybe because I am a foreigner or it's simply not the culture here.

Then why did this car owner 143 THS timed his drive and willingly with a smile offered me a lift and then after verifying my identity , act hostile then onwards .

He seems experienced in such activities, no ordinary law abiding person will engage himself, if there is No intention then why waste petrol and time chasing someone.

Important Note- During my First Interview on 16-11-2017 , I had mentioned that if there is prostitution / prostitution network in Estonia , then his Criminal Cop from Mumbai through the contacts will try and find out what is happening to me here & related to my case .It is then that MrNordenLiivrand instructed ME NOT TO SEND ANY EMAILS  to -ppa@politsei.com  if I notice any such activity & direct all emails to  norden.liivrand@politsei.ee  THIS FACT IS ON TAPE . 

When I returned to Vao and thought about it , I found his instructions  strange and decided to get the matter confirmed in writing  for my records.Court Appionted Lawyer Keijo Lindeberg from Tallinn confirmed to me by Email "Aliens division of Estonia PBGB deals with all kind of asylum cases. But as much as I know, they don’t deal with other cases in addition to asylum cases. But I don’t know their exact job of work ." - Un Quote Lindeberg. 

THE PERSON WHO HAS RUINED MY LIFE back in India AND STILL CHASING ME HAS REACH , THIS WHAT I MEANT IN QUOTING IN MY LETTER TO ESTONIA-PBGB, THAT MY PHOTO HAS BEEN CIRCULATED.
