Respected Sir,

I had no choice other than informing people at the highest level requesting them to intervene . Please find two letters for your reference.

1. Addressed to H.E-PRESIDENT OF Estonia , dated 26-04-2018 & emailed to vpinfo@vpk.ee , it has not been acknowledged by the President's Office till date .

2. Copy of Letter written 29-04-2018 to KAPO-Estonia Internal Security Service , emailed to kapo@kapo.ee 

With reference to point 2 , if a Officer with highest integrity is assigned to investigate this matter then the findings will match to what I had said during my interview and in my email to PBGB dated November 25, 2017 9:48 pm & mentioned in letter to KAPO.
