Respected Madam,
Would like to draw your kind attention to-
The fact that I was applying for a SCHENGEN VISA was for seeking ASYLUM was in FULL KNOWLEDGE of THE EMBASSY OF LATVIA-New Delhi (I had submitted documentary evidence of my suffering ), The Office of Respected Prime Minster of Latvia (K-1100 , 2016), The Embassy of Estonia-New Delhi (Jul 5, 2016 10:08:38 ) , Hon Minister of Interior-Govt of Estonia(Jul 13, 2016 4:08:04 PM) , during my Visa interview on 16thOctober2017 @13:00 at Estonia Embassy- New Delhi , I again informed the Consul that I intent to go Riga and seek asylum but I used Estonia online form as I found the scope making error was zero .
This was my first visit to SCHENGEN.
MY DECISION TO INFORM THE EMBASSIES and Government about Asylum prior to making the Visa Application was with the intention to travel in peace , without fear and be treated in a dignified manner at the border .
Most people abandon you when you are in trouble or distress butEmbassy of Sweden, New Delhi & The Government of Latvia responded to my plea for HELP, I WANTED TO LIVE AMONG THE KIND AND LOVING PEOPLE OF Republic Of Latvia if they gave me asylum officially …………………………....
Getting Schengen Visa is a difficult and length process with lots of checks and balances my VISA no EST001178834 , was issued after 45 days my case was complicated for the embassy of Estonia & Latvia knew it was for Asylum , but it was issued I am grateful.
but I didn’t know what was waiting for me at Tallinn Airport 10:45 am 26-10-2017 , the moment I reached the Border Guards pounced on me , mentally torturing me even after telling them I am travelling with the knowledge and permission of Govt of Latvia & Estonian embassy-New Delhi , showed them proof of email communication, proof that I was having 2300 Euro , proof of my hotel bookings ,gave them my ipad , my laptop, logged into my bank account showed my cash balance in indian rupees, they were unable to handle my Truth Full disclosures , I lost track of time 3-4 hrs they were going on & on , no toilet break , no water to drink , checked my bag multiple times in my presence and in my absence , when they realised I was about to break down , issued me deportation order 136/2017 –Timed it 12:26. It was handed over much later to me I was forced to sign it.
A rouge policeman from Mumbai intruded & ruined my Family Life to escape him I left India and here I was at the mercy of Tallinn airport police of Estonia . Entire episode must be on Tallinn airport CCTV if it is installed and working.
During my First Interview on 16-11-2017 , I had written briefly in white paper about how I was treated on arrival at Tallinn airport to Mr Norden Liivrand , but he chose not mention any of this in his Final Report ………………..
On 13-11-2016 I contacted the Justice Dept (info@just.ee) after going through the politsee.ee website – IPE Project – ASYLUM SYSTEM IN ESTONIA (point no 11,LEGAL AID) – THERE WAS NO RESPONSE , such happenings a common in INDIA , it was a setback for me I had to prepared for the interview on my own .
PREYING ON VULNERABLE ASYLUM SEEKER – On 26 Jan 2018 a young girl aged 17-18 years was introduced to me by centre staff Raine martine in the TV room , she claimed to be a student of anthropology in Tartu University doing research on ASYLUM , she wanted to know where/ which country I would be going if my asylum case was negative ? I got alerted . Aliens Div of PBGB informed me they have not granted permission to anybody to visit and conduct interviews , I STOPPED GOING to the TV room out of safety concerns.
. I have mentioned in my letter 16-11-2017 to PBGB that my photo has been circulated , but did not elaborate for personal safety reasons.
A common person like me who believes in rule of law has only one option , ask for Help from People who are in seats of Power ……..
The PBGB -Estonia , Aliens division I think approaches Asylum cases pyramid down formula i.e they decide the result first hand and then work down to achieve the pre-determined result not a desirable formula for countries that preach Human Rights , they did just that in my case .
Mr.Norman Liivrand before the start of both my interviews at Estonia Police HQ , used to recite a confidentiality pledge on behalf of Police & Border Guard Board – Promising to keep matters revealed by me CONFIDENTIAL among 3 people in the interview room , but on 09-04-2018 dated report handed over to me by the office staff on 11-04-2018 @ 13:00 , he made my full case history public without my Knowledge – BREACH OF FAITH .
