# EU - CHANCELLOR OF JUSTICE -Estonia Refuses to Register my Complaint of Violation of Article 1 , 2 & 4 AGAINST ESTONIA Police in-spite of having PROOF on the Table and vide its letter dated 19-08-2019 is MISGUIDING ME by MAKING A FALSE STATEMENT THAT MY STAY IN ESTONIA WAS ILLEGAL - Primary Responsibility of Chancellor of Justice Estonia is to COVER-UP FOR the illegal acts of Estonia Police and Misguide Victims of Estonia Police.
