I (Nirmal Kumar Nirmal Kumar – Passport no K4081940 ) was Applicant for International Protection ( 7001710402) BUT Estonia Police were Providing Protection to Member of Prostitution Mafia- Estonian National Car no 143THS ,  by Deliberately NOT registering my Complaint dated 25-11-2017 , Hiding this information from Courts during my Asylum case hearing held on 20-06-2018.  I WAS APPLICANT FOR PROTECTION – THIS IS CLEAR CASE OF POLICE CORRUPTION.


* Ignoring KAPO.EE communication having Ref no-117-2 ( Security Police Board ) an Constitutional  Authority – Conspiracy intended to put me in a state of Fear & Manipulate my asylum case results.

# Had THE ESTONIAN POLICE REGISTERED THE CASE & DONE A FULL INVESTIGATION ON MY COMPLAINT AGAINST *Estonian National – Car no 143THS – THEN ALL THE CULPRITS IN VAOTEE / Estonia & those beyond the BORDERS OF ESTONIA WOULD HAVE BEEN EXPOSED, THIS IS THE REASON WHY VESTED INTERESTS (in Estonia Police) ENSURED *NO INVESTIGATION WAS UNDERTAKEN. What makes this matter more serious and Criminal in nature is that the CONSPIRACY was PUT IN PLACE PRIOR TO MY REACHING ESTONIA / Vao .i.e. 26-10-2017 , this person Estonian National (Car 143THS) made contact with me on 03-11-2017 , the First Time I move out of accommodation alone  they were keeping tab on me and had team in place  near or inside Vao accommodation.

 * My complaint against Estonian National (143THS) dated 25-11-2017 with Estonia Police  &  29-04-2018 with KAPO.ee was genuine and was therefore not disputed by both the Police Organizations until 13-05-2019 . EVEN TODAY A CASE CAN BE REGISTERED AND GENUINE INVESTIGATIONS CONDUCTED TO EXPOSE THE CONSPIRATORS,

“ESTONIAN  BORDER GUARD & POLICE HAVE SUCKED OUT 18 MONTHS OF MY LIFE SUBJECTING ME TO SEVERE VENDETTA  - ALL ESTONIAN Institutions  which believe in RULE OF LAW , HUMAN RIGHTS , HUMAN DIGNITY   MUST HELP ME “GET JUSTICE ASAP “.
